Our Mandrel Tube Bending services are available for mild steel tubes up to 63mm in diameter.
Our 3 axis capabilities enable us to produce complex forms, ensuring versatility in the manufacture of a range of products.
The Mandrel set-up supports the tube throughout the bend radius; this decreases the chance of spring back, which can damage tubing. Spring back is caused when the product is released from tooling and deforms.

RCT’s Twin Head machine is suitable for tubular parts up to 32mm diameter – such as furniture components.
The Twin Head machine allows for bending at both ends of the tube, providing a time efficient forming process.
